TuVox First To Step Up to Six Hour Speech App Challenge

TuVox to participate in the Speech Solutions Challenge at Zelos Group's VOX Showcase at SpeechTEK 2003

LOS ALTOS, Calif. — July 22, 2003 — TuVox, the pioneer in Conversational Voice Response (CVR™) applications for call centers announced today it would participate in the Speech Solutions Challenge during Zelos Group's VOX Showcase at SpeechTEK 2003. TuVox will lead one of up to six multi-vendor teams that will have six hours during Zelos Group's VOX Showcase to devise and deploy the most flexible and sophisticated Voice Self-service solution possible for a pre-selected application. The application will be unknown to the vendors until the day of the Challenge.
