TuVox Announces Contact Center Productivity Webinar Series
Customer case studies highlight next-generation conversational speech applications
CUPERTINO, Calif. — January 28, 2009 — TuVox, the caller experience company, today launched a series of Webinars showcasing the advanced, conversational speech applications TuVox has deployed for customers in publishing, travel, entertainment, and high-tech.
The Contact Center Productivity Series will begin on January 28 with a Webinar entitled "Take a Byte Out of Support Costs". The Webinar features TuVox customers that have automated 25% to 50% of their incoming call volume by using TuVox On Demand to provide automated speech access to Web-based knowledge content.
The second Webinar in the Smarter Speech Applications Series will address the challenge of "Speech Automation: Cut Costs, Retain Productivity, Increase Your Bottom Line" and will take place in March 2009. The Webinar will review how TuVox customers are using conversational call routing techniques to eliminate wasteful processes and positively affect the bottom line.
The Webinar series will conclude in April, 2009 with a session entitled "Improve Agent Productivity with Speech Automation". Attendees will learn how TuVox customers can provide an exceptional experience with personalization and proactive customer service.
