Combine Knowledge Voice with TuVox Perfect Router® and CTI screen pop through our partners network maximize automation and caller experience. Perfect Router identifies the callers intent through open ended questions (e.g. How can I help you?), while Knowledge Voice allows callers to state a problem or question symptomatically, diagnoses it and provides information resolution (e.g. The screen on my DVR is frozen).
